To sign up for an ISHS horse show, you have some options:
Your coach can sign up the team members who are competing online
You can sign yourself up online
Sign up is done on a show by show basis and teams can consist of just one rider or as many riders as they want.
For each show, registration is due by the Sunday evening one week before the show date. Late entries are accepted until the Wednesday before the show, and are charged a late entry fee.
FILLING OUT THE ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM
CONTACT PERSON: Each team must have a contact person's name, phone number and email on their entry. Contact person can be any adult (parent, coach, Athletic Director...) connected with the team.
COACH: School Teams and Independent Riders must have a coach on-site for each show in which they are competing. If they do not have a coach, one will be provided for them for the show day for a fee. Coaches must be adults who are familiar with horses and horse showing and who can assist riders during the show day.
HORSE: Riders are allowed to compete on their own horses, and riders who do not have their own horses can lease one from the host barn at each show. Click here for more information on leasing a horse.
RIDER HEIGHT & WEIGHT: We keep this information private and use it to match the riders who are leasing horses with the correct size horse.

MEDAL CLASS: In addition to their division, Varsity riders have the option to compete in the Equitation Medal Class. There is an additional fee to compete in this class. However, riders who leased horses for their division are not required to pay an additional leasing fee in order to compete in The Equitation Medal class.
LESSON VERIFICATION FORM
We must have a Lesson Verification form on file for each rider to show that they are currently enrolled in a lesson program.
Each rider must submit this form twice per year: once in September and a new one in January.
Riders who sign up after the series has started must submit a Lesson Verification Form at the first show they enter.
Rider's instructor need to fill in the top portion of the form.
Rider's parent or guardian must sign the waiver at the bottom.
PAYMENT
Coaches may collect checks/cash from their team members, or team members/individual riders can pay online. Payment must be received prior to the show, and no refunds will be allowed.
